Payment
List purchases are
prepaid. We accept most major credit cards for payment. If this is not possible,
please contact us to make other arrangements.
List Usage
Lists are to be used for a specific number of
times, either one, two, or an unlimited number of times within the next 12
months.
This is determined
at the time your order is placed.
Delivery
Lists are delivered primarily by e-mail. Most lists
can be delivered within 2-4 hours. Additional choices include: CD, diskette or
labels. These can be delivered by the vendor of your choice. Delivery times will
vary.
Accuracy
Information is continually updated. However, the time
lag between the date of an event (a home sale, for example) and the availability
of the data from public records, can be several days or even weeks. Even with
this delay, most lists will be 95%+ accurate.
Selections
Due to the uncertain timing and outcome of legal
issues regarding telemarketing and e-mail marketing, we are not providing
consumer telephone numbers or e-mail addresses as additional mail list
selections at this time.
Samples
You may be required to submit a sample mail piece
for approval prior to list delivery. This requirement is only for certain
specific lists (for example, if you are targeting children under age 18). Please
allow for additional time, 1 – 2 business days for this process.
Guarantee
We value our customers. Their satisfaction – and
continued patronage is most important to us. If you are unhappy with the address
quality and deliverability of the list, please save returned mail pieces for
verification. We will make every effort to satisfy you.
Limitation of Liability
We make no warranties, expressed or implied, about
list marketability. We are not liable for any loss pertaining to the use of any
mailing list we provide including, but not limited to, loss of business, damages
or expenses, whether direct or indirect, beyond the cost of the list.
